EDR 3: Elements Data Reader V3

The EDR software interface enables an easy control of eONE amplifier and displays data in real time. Input current ranges, bandwidth, voltage stimulus and electrode offset compensation can all be easily selected and modified. Data can be stored in commonly used formats like .dat, .csv or .abf. Resistance and Capacitance can be continuously monitored. EDR is currently available for Windows and OS X.

NEW: LabBook

The new EDR 3.4.18 features the new LabBook (enabled with the online analysis module) where to write down experimental details and notes while the experiment is running, as well as online analysis data (e.g. R and C values can be continuously saved every second) in a simple and easy-to-read .txt file.

Online analysis module

The online analysis module enhances the EDR 3 features. A variety of analysis can be done on live experiments, such as current histograms, Dwell and inter-event time histograms, I/V graph, FFT. The analysis module is an optional plug-in for the EDR3 software.

Voltage Protocols

EDR3 includes a complete set of fully programmable Voltage Protocols. The set includes the most common voltage stimulus typically performed during electrophysiology experiments. Constant voltage, Seal test, pulses with variable voltage-amplitude and time-duration, conductance measurements and ramps can be easily programmed. The protocol parameters can be saved to be ready for repetitive experiments.
